Ho già amano l'Italia!

If you're having a difficult time understanding the title to this blog, don't worry, I didn't all of a sudden become fluent in Italian, I cheated and used Google translate to let you all know that "I already love Italy"!
We have been making so much progress everyday putting this trip into full effect. We are now in Vermont and six days from today we will be leaving from New York after so much anticipation. We have finished booking all of our hostels and hotels for the first leg of our journey and now we are finishing up with our accommodations in "The Beautiful Country", Italy.
I cannot tell you how gorgeous this place looks in pictures, I can only imagine the overwhelming sensation of peace and emotion it is going to provide me with. We are going to stay in Tuscany, known for its beautiful landscapes and rich artistic legacy; Assisi which is in one of the smallest regions and is filled with Roman history (we will be staying in a quaint country house); and the Amalfi Coast where our hillside cottage will be overlooking the calm, luxurious waters. Not to mention the very end of our trip will be spent in Rome, where I'm hoping to feel closer to God than I've ever been.
So much romance, tranquility and hospitality exudes from this country. I am in awe that we get to witness such incredible beauty with our own eyes. I can only wish that it fills my heart and head with much needed relaxation and a whole new prospective on life and love.
